Event Details
This agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all ticket holders (“Attendees”) of the SOAR Live 2026 taking place from March 19–22, 2026 (“Event”) hosted by The Virtual Collab LLC (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase and Payment
- All ticket sales must be completed through the Organizer’s official platform or an authorized reseller.
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the Organizer in writing.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event start date (on or before February 17, 2026).
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to chris@christinejerry.com.
- No refunds will be issued after February 17, 2026, for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, Attendees will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase price.
3. Event Schedule and Speakers
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice.
- Such changes do not entitle Attendees to refunds or compensation.
4. Photography, Video, and Media Release
- By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
- All media captured during the Event is the property of the Organizer and may be used in future marketing or educational materials.
5. Liability Waiver
- Attendees assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and personal health.
- The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or other incidents arising from attendance at the Event.
6. Code of Conduct
- The Event promotes a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in removal from the Event without refund.
7. Force Majeure
- The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, the Organizer may, at its discretion, reschedule or convert the Event to a virtual format.
8. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
